If you haven’t heard the big news well than hold on to your seat…..Armed with Fashion show will have a few comedians on stage throughout the night to make you laugh so hard your bellies will hurt! What a night it will be … Politicians, Comedians, and Models … oh my yes what a night it will be!

We are excited to announce, tickets for our upcoming fashion show are now on sale! Tickets are $10.00 each and all ages are welcome to attend. Our tickets sales will be donated to our Local County Veterans Van. Our soldiers have done so much for our country, and our staff wanted to give back to them for there honorable dedication to us. Armed with Fashion will be held Saturday,January 28, 2012 at the Celeron legion from 6-9. It will be an eventful night filled with entertainment. Senator Young will help kick off the night, followed up by local artist Tara Eastman. Tara will be quite the entertainer bringing a painting alive right on stage! Also we have a group of beautiful young dancers that will so a dedication dance to our Vetrans, and last but not least the Fashion Show will take main stage. G.G. My Love boutique is bringing the city fashions and accessories to the Stage with the glamourized hair styles from Salon 1. The Celeron Legion will also have their delicious prime rib buffet available for an additional $13.95. Although the jam packed 3 hours of entertainment comes to a conclusion at 9pm, the night is not over! At 9pm (this is when it becomes 21 and over) one of our favorite bands from Erie, Pa “Money Shot” will start playing and everyone can step on the dance floor and cut loose….We all hope you can make it, please stop by Salon 1 (both locations), or G.G. This past Friday, December 3, Salon 1 participated in the City of Jamestown’s Holiday Parade! The theme was “I’ll Be Home For Christmas; Parade of Wooden Soldiers” to honor our military. Salon 1 walked and danced though the parade holding a banner promoting “Armed With Fashion”, a beneift for the Veteran’s van in Chautauqua County. We are very proud that the Grand Marshall Dane Vanarsdale will be one our many Veterans to escort the models up and down the runway. We had so much fun participating in the parade; from designing and putting our float together, to seeing the smiling faces of the entire community, to wishing one and all a very Merry Christmas!!!

Salon 1 needs models on Monday Decemeber 12, at 6:30pm!! Jason Clemons a Senior National Educator for Paul Mitchell and Artistic Director for Donald Scott, NY will be hosting an advance cutting class at our Foote avenue location. We need models that are looking for a free haircut displaying the hot new short trend! If you are interested your hair must be shoulder length or longer (longer layers are ok) and be willing to have you hair CUT SHORT! Call either location to sign up as a model!
