Salon 1′s licensed specialists are passionate about our industry and it progressively shows with the repeat business from our clients. It’s continuous education and the support of a strong community that has led the salon to the development of 2 locations while maintaining its professional atmosphere.
You will be greeted with a smile and immediately notice proficiency in our customer service. From using our free WIFI to being offered a complimentary beverage upon arrival our customers are always taken care of. Our highly talented stylists are not just taught the advanced arts of hair coloring, texture services, waxing, and hair cutting; but are masters of an almost forgotten art…the art of listening. We take each client and give them a full salon service. We welcome you to Salon 1 and our team looks forward to building a long lasting relationship with you!
Appointments
Salon 1 always excepts walk in clients as well as appointments. If you have an appointment we encourage you to arrive 10 minutes early. If you are running late, please call and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. p>
Gift Certificates
We sell gift certificates all year. They are ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries, and any occasion you may have. If you are a FBC holder you also get 10% off all gift certificates you purchase.
Frequent Buyer Card
Salon 1 has an exclusive program that allows you to NEVER pay full price on your haircare products all year long. Our FBC card is $10.00 which we donate 100% of that to WCA Cancer Center. For that donation you will receive a card that allows you to save 20% OFF Retail and gift certificates until the end of the purchase year.
Children
We love children at Salon 1. Many of our Team members are parents themselves. We would love to give your child their first haircut and grow with them throughout the years. We do ask if parents are receiving a service that takes more than a half hour to please make arrangements for their children. We want you to relax, and our busy stylists want to give you their full attention, to give you a professional service.
Salon Cancellations
Salon 1 knows how busy life can become. We live in a changing society and realize you cannot always give a 24 hour notice.Therefore, If you should have to cancel we ask you please call us as soon as you know so we can arrange a more accommodating appointment for you.
