Can I book my appointment online?
AIn consideration of other guests, we request that you don’t bring children unless they are receiving a service. In order to ensure their protection, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon unless they are accompanied by an adult. We wish to provide a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere for all of our clients who are receiving services.
Can I bring my children?
AWe accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, cash & personal checks are also accepted. Identification is required are subject to a $25 return check fee.
What forms of payments do you accept?
AIf for any reason we fail to meet your expectations with any of our services or customer support, please let us know. We will re-do any service you are not satisfied with if brought to our attention within a two week time period following your service. If you have suggestions for our business that will help us to improve our salon or any aspect of the customer service experience, please let us know. We would love to hear from you!
Do you offer a Guarantee?
AWe ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment should you need to cancel or reschedule; so that we have an opportunity to book someone else who might call in for a last minute appointment.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment ?
AWe realize that in today’s high paced world, people require the use of a cell phone. However, at Salon One, we request that you do not talk on your cell phone while at the salon. To make sure you have the most relaxing and pleasurable experience possible, we ask that you please take this time to enjoy yourself and be pampered.
Can I use my cell phone at the salon?
AThe sale of gift cards is final, there are no returns accepted.
What is your return and exchange policy?

We will accept returns of all professional hair products within a two week period, assuming that the hair product has been minimally used. Electrical equipment (such as blow dryers, styling wands, etc.) are non-refundable, however their individual manufactures warranty applies. All facial cosmetics, makeup and nail polish sales are final and may not be returned.
Because of their professional knowledge and low availability, some of our beauty professionals command higher prices. These professionals offer you the benefit of years of experience along with advanced training. All of our staff members, regardless of position, meet the highest standards that Salon One Jamestown and our clients expect.
Salon One Jamestown reserves the right to refuse service to any person.
